Step 1: First, pull up the handle of the pump to check whether there is oil leakage in the manual oil pump. When the handle is released, the oil handle will drop freely, so it is necessary to disassemble the pump body oil cylinder for inspection and replace the worn pump body seal ring. If it is normal, go to the second step
Step 2: Clean the safety valve and check the wear degree of the safety valve. After cleaning, you can see more clearly whether the valve core is worn. If there are obvious signs of wear, replace the safety valve in time. If the safety valve cannot be replaced, check the wear of the valve core of the control valve. The clearance of the control valve is generally less than 1mm. If there is serious wear, replace it. If it is normal here, go to step 3
Step 3: Measure the pressure of the hydraulic oil pump. If the oil pressure is low, proper pressurization is required. If the pressure still does not rise after pressurization, the manual hydraulic oil pump is seriously worn and sent to the manufacturer or buy a new pump
